Terms of Service
Effective date: October 1, 2026
These Terms govern your use of June, the AI legal assistant at june.ambiency.ai (the "Service"), provided by MB Ambiency, 1 Savanoriu av., Vilnius, Lithuania ("we", "us", "our"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization, and "you" includes it.
If you and we sign a separate order form or agreement, that agreement prevails where it conflicts with these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
The Service is for businesses and professionals aged 18 or over. You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your devices and connected accounts secure. Tell us promptly at team@ambiency.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.
The Service
June helps draft, review, route and file routine contracts and forms, using the templates, policies and connected accounts you provide. It runs in your browser and works with services you connect, such as Gmail, Google Drive and Docusign. We may change or improve features over time; if we remove a material feature you pay for, we will give reasonable notice.
Your content and connected services
You own everything you bring to June and everything it produces for you, including templates, emails, documents and drafts ("Your Content"). Because June runs in your browser, we do not receive or store Your Content. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the Service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
When you connect Google, Docusign or another service, you authorize June to act in that account within the permissions you grant. Your use of those services stays subject to their own terms, and you can revoke access at any time. We are not responsible for third-party services.
AI output is not legal advice
June is a tool for legal professionals, not a law firm, and it does not give legal advice or create a lawyer-client relationship. AI-generated drafts, summaries and extracted data can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing all output before you rely on it, sign it or send it. By default June asks for a person's approval before any external action; if you turn that off, you accept responsibility for what it sends.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or send spam or unlawful messages;
- access accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
- reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- interfere with the Service's security or performance, or bypass usage limits.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the Service or others at risk.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as set out in your order form or on our pricing page. Fees are exclusive of taxes and, unless stated otherwise, non-refundable. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of a plan you already pay for.
Our intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, design and the June name and logo. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely without obligation to you.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service or its output will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and EUR 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using June at any time and revoke its access in your Google and other connected accounts. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, or end the Service with 30 days' notice. Sections on your content, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability survive termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer or local law says otherwise.
